筒状容器を配設して、大気中の冷却空気を自然通
風させながら貯蔵する装置であつて、筒状容器に
、その内部の空気を排出する排気系と、乾燥空気
を送り込む乾燥空気供給系と、これら排気系また
は乾燥空気供給系の流路を開閉する弁と、筒状容
器内の圧力に基づき前記弁の開閉を制御して高圧
時に排気系を、かつ低圧時に乾燥空気供給系をそ
れぞれ筒状容器に接続状態とする制御部とを連設
