Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep a motor without being exposed to the exterior and improve operativity in taking it out by a method wherein a precision motor is stored in an inner vessel of a package and vacuum packing is performed over it with a pack bag. CONSTITUTION:A basket 4 is freely removably stored in an outer box body 2 and an outer box 1 comprising a lid 3 for covering the outer box body 2. An inner vessel 5 for storing and keeping a precision motor is vacuum-packed with a pack bag 6 as well as stored and kept in the basket 4 so that it can be freely removed from the upper part. The electrically conductive or antistatic inner vessel 5 is provided with a plurality of resess grooves 7... for storing and keeping a flange F of a bracket of the precision motor W on the inner face as well as a collar 8 is formed on the peripheral rim. なわれる.また上記箱は使い捨てであった. 本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とする. 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 本発明の精密モータの梱包箱は、上記課題を解決するた
めに、精密モータのブラケットのフランジ部を収納保持
する凹溝を内面に備えた帯電防止材からなる内容器と、
該内容器を真空バ,クする帯電防止材からなるパノク袋
と、上記精密モータと内容器を入れたパンク袋を、出し
入れ自在に収納保持する金属枠体からなるバスケントと
、該バスケットを出し入れ自在に収納する外箱本体、及
び該外箱本体を施蓋する蓋、からなる外箱と、を備えて
いる. 〔作 用〕 上記のように構戒された精密モータの梱包箱の内容器に
精密モータを収納して、その上から、パック袋にて真空
パックしたので、その真空バノクを(クリーンルーム内
で)破った場合でも、精密モータを外部に露出させない
で保持することができる。つまり、精密モータは内容器
により組付直前まで保護されている。さらに、精密モー
タと内容器を入れたバンク袋がバスケットに収納されて
いるので、その取出し作業は該バスケットを外箱から引
き出せばよい。また、クリーンルーム等へ搬入する場合
には該バスケットごと搬入すればよく、エアーシャワー
をかける場合も該バスケットごとかければよい。上記外
箱はよごれても問題ないので再使用できる。

部8の端部が該深溝部l6の底部に当接しないようにす
るのが望ましい.第6図にもどって、l9・・・は、バ
スケット4の角部が当接可能な隅の緩衝材である。また
