    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弁ケーシングと、同弁ケーシングに設けたガス
    供給ポート及びガス排出ポートと、上記弁ケーシ
    ング内に摺動自在に設けたピストンとを有し、上
    記ガス供給ポートから流入したガスを上記ピスト
    ンにより断熱圧縮させて上記ガス排出ポートから
    排出する断熱圧縮室を同ピストンとそれを取り囲
    む上記弁ケーシングとの間に形成したことを特徴
    とする高圧・高温ガス供給弁。
