綿３はともに液体を浸透させ、保水する性質を持
つている。脱脂綿３の対向する２つの端部３ａ，
３ｂの上下面には融着繊維２が介され、この部分
を不織布１とともに加熱ならびに加圧することに
より不織布１と脱脂綿３とを固定している。これ
により脱脂綿の保水性ならびに弾力性が確保され
るとともに、水溶性化粧粉末入り化粧用塗布具の
内部にアロエ粉末が含有される。なお、不織布
１、脱脂綿３に代えて他の繊維を使用することも
もちろん可能であり、さらに繊維の種類として天
然繊維、合繊繊維のいずれも使用することが出来
る。また、天然繊維、合成繊維のいずれか一つの
単独で構成することも出来る一方、両者の混成で
構成することも出来る。さらにこれらの繊維に
は、必要に応じて防菌剤、防汚剤、溶液安定調整

１から吸収された水あるいは液体化粧料はアロエ
粉末４の層を通過する際これを溶解し不織布１と
脱脂綿３の表面部分とに吸収され保水される。し
たがつて、アロエ粉末は水または液体化粧料と容
易に混合する。このとき、アロエ粉末が水溶性化
粧粉末入り化粧用塗布具の内部に含有されている
ことから、表面から脱落および飛散することがな

粉末を含有させているため、使用前に水溶性化粧
粉末が水溶性化粧粉末入り化粧用塗布具の表面か
ら脱落したり飛散することがなく、また繊維が保
水性を有することから水溶性化粧粉末を溶解した
液体化粧料を確実に保水できる。これらのことか
ら、水溶性化粧粉末が有する有効成分が容易にか
つ衛生的に得られ、液体化粧料の塗布、パツテイ
ング等に必要な機能を備えた極めて実用的かつ使
用感に優れた水溶性化粧粉末入り化粧用塗布具を
