Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of the cost and the required space of a picture display device by displaying not only pictures of television broadcast and a monitor camera but also security information or the like on one picture receiver. CONSTITUTION:The picture signal of security information or information of apparatus of life is synthesized with each video signal of television broadcast, a monitor camera, or the like by a video signal processing part 42, and the synthesized signal is sent to a coaxial cable 60, to which the picture receiver is connected, through a mixer 5. Consequently, a broadcast television channel or a monitor picture channel is designated by the button operation to display the picture of the designated channel on the picture receiver, and security information is designated by the button operation to display security information on a part of the screen of the picture receiver. Thus, only one picture receiver on the market can cope with introduction of a security system or another monitor system.

In this way, until now, an image display device was required for the information and video to be displayed, which not only increased the cost of the image display device but also increased the space required, forcing it to be distributed in one place. This causes the inconvenience of not being able to freely view all the information when you want to see it, and
There was a troublesome problem in that each image display device had to be operated individually.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a computer that creates image data from information obtained by accessing a corresponding home device in response to an information selection signal from an information selection unit and provides the image data to a video processing section. The processing unit captures the video signal via an antenna that receives at least broadcast television waves (1), converts the captured video signals of each channel into video signals of different radio frequencies, mixes them in a mixer, and performs frequency division. Multiplexing is performed, and this multiplexed signal is sent to a coaxial cable to which the image receiver is connected, and when the image data is received, it is signal-processed and placed on the video signal of each channel, According to a second aspect of the present invention, the video signal taken in by the video processing section also includes a video signal sent out by a monitor camera installed outdoors and/or indoors.

When the CPU 3 receives, for example, a locking security selection signal 5ESNo (where No is 1) through the data bus 40 by operating the remote controller 80, the CPU 3 sends an access signal to the security device monitoring device 20 to obtain a locked state via the data bus. 40, and the security equipment monitoring device 20 that receives this access signal returns to the CPU 3 the number (code) of the door or window that is not locked. Upon receiving this return, the CPU 3 creates image data indicating the door or window number and that the door or window with the number is "unlocked" (or forgotten to be locked), and sends it to the video signal processing section 2 along with a command. The video processing unit 2 performs signal processing on this image data, and performs superimposition processing on all the video signals captured from the television, monitor camera, etc.

In this state, as described above, the CPU 3 receives the locking security selection signal S E S No. (where No is 1) through the data bus 40, accesses the security device monitoring device 20, and selects a door with a certain number. Alternatively, when information is obtained that the window is unlocked, this information is provided as image data to the video signal processing section 2, so that this security information is displayed on, for example, a quarter screen of the screen of the TV receiver 50 (the third Figure (a)).

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the present invention combines each video signal of television broadcasting, monitor camera, etc. with an image signal of security information and household appliance information in a video signal processing section, and then passes it through a mixer and outputs it to a receiver. By using a configuration that transmits data to the coaxial cable connected to the information selection unit, if you specify a broadcast TV channel or monitor video channel by operating the button on the information selection unit, the receiver will tune to the frequency of the specified channel and select the appropriate channel. If you specify, for example, security information by operating the button above while displaying the video of the channel, you can display the security information on a part of the screen of the receiver, allowing one receiver to be used for multiple purposes. Therefore, even if a security system or other monitoring system is introduced, there is an advantage that a single commercially available receiver can be used as the receiver.
