Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothly advance the whole play by attaching a receiving antenna being receivable from an artificial satellite to each golf cart, bringing its receiv ing result to arithmetic processing in a centralized control station, and under standing exactly a two-dimensional position on the ground in a golf hole layout of the cart. CONSTITUTION:A global position measuring system (GPS) radio wave receiving antenna 3 which can receive a time signal radio wave 2 transmitted from an artificial satellite 1 is attached to a golf cart 20. In such a state, a receiving wave received by each golf cart 20 is received concentrically by a centralized control station 30, and in the centralized control station 30, the receiving wave sent from the cart 20 running in a golf course is brought to arithmetic processing and a two-dimensional position of the cart 20 is derived, it is dis played on a golf course layout picture, and based thereon, a necessary step such as an operation command, etc., is executed. In such a way, a safe and smooth in-course management can be executed.

If a large amount of dirt accumulates in one spot, it is best to wait patiently and at best there will be no more than an argument; however, accidents may occur due to the player's poor driving skills, or someone may become ill while playing. However, there are surprisingly many cases where the cart's battery runs out of power and the cart stops moving.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to not only be able to accurately grasp the operation status of carts in the entire area of the golf course at a golf course using the cart operation method, but also to be able to accurately grasp the operation status of carts throughout the golf course. Give appropriate commands, or in the event of an accident, instantly determine what type of accident has occurred in which hole and at what location, communicate with each other, or immediately go to rescue. The present invention aims to provide a novel golf cart operation management method and a management system therefor.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention firstly provides a golf cart with a receiving antenna capable of receiving radio waves from an artificial satellite, and centrally receives the received waves received by each golf cart at a centralized management department. Then, the central management department calculates the two-dimensional position of the cart by processing the received waves sent from the cart running on the golf course, displays it on the golf course layout image, and calculates the two-dimensional position of the cart. Second, as a system that makes this possible, radio waves are sent and received between an antenna that can receive radio waves from artificial satellites and the central management department at the golf course. a plurality of carts to which antennas and transmitting/receiving devices are attached, and said centralized control department capable of transmitting and receiving radio waves between said carts; and said artificial satellite installed within said central control department receiving radio waves. a processor that processes the received radio waves and determines the two-dimensional position of the cart on the ground from the satellite radio waves received by the cart; This configuration includes an image processing device capable of displaying images on a layout image.

[Function] Many satellites that transmit time signals have already been launched, and a system has been established in which signals can be received from any one of the satellites 24 hours a day, so a receiving antenna is attached to each cart and the central control department If the received results are processed in the system, the two-dimensional position of the cart on the ground in the golf hole layout can be accurately grasped, and microwave communication etc. can be performed between the cart and the central management department. If this is done, it will be possible to properly issue operational instructions, etc., and it will also be possible to take prompt response measures in the unlikely event of an accident.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing a case where a time signal radio wave 2 transmitted from such an artificial satellite 1 is received and the positions of points P and Q are measured. Antennas 3s and 32 are installed at points P and Q, respectively, and the phase angles of radio waves are measured with respect to the clocks at points P and Q, respectively. Radio wave 2 has 4th
As shown in the figure, there are same phase planes at equidistant radii from the satellite, and the same phase planes passing through point P and the same phase planes passing through point Q are different as shown in the figure. A delay time Δt occurs in the arrival of the radio wave 2 at the P point with respect to the Q point, and this becomes a phase difference between the received radio waves.

The signals received at each of the points P-Q are converted into electrical signals by the receiver 5 52, and the stored phase data is calculated by the processor 8, thereby obtaining the phase difference and the longitude of the artificial satellite 1.1 at that time. and latitude, point P or Q on the ground
The position of a point can be determined accurately. Therefore, even if a golf cart 20 having a radio wave receiving antenna 3 of a global positioning system (hereinafter referred to as GPS) is running at an arbitrary position such as the point P to Q in the golf course as shown in FIG. , you can instantly know its location.
