Conventionally, there are various methods for making the finished surface flat when pouring concrete for earthen floors, floors, rooftops, poolsides, etc.; When pouring concrete, the lower section sinks due to the load of the poured concrete, and furthermore, due to changes in height due to the removal and insertion of the feet of the worker who removes smudges, or due to individual differences among workers when rubbing with a surface plate. It is extremely difficult to achieve smoothness at the finished top of the floor due to variations in the amount of sanding, etc. Therefore, after concrete is poured, a process is set up in which the finished surface is smoothed by using an engine trowel several times. This not only required the skill of the operator, but also increased the number of work steps, and because the time to use the engine trowel was determined, the work had to be done in the middle of the night, which was dangerous and caused problems in terms of noise control at night. .

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention was made with the purpose of proposing a new construction method that can obtain a highly accurate top level and smooth surface after concrete is poured. The process of using an engine trowel to obtain a smooth surface can be omitted, and even non-experts can obtain a stable finished surface height, making it possible to easily and precisely finish a concrete floor with a smooth surface. It is something.

That is, the concrete floor finishing method of the present invention:
A level plate is fixed or integrally formed below a level rod that is screwed together so as to move up and down with respect to a screw shaft that is erected and fixed on a support leg, and a receiving member is rotatably placed slightly above the level plate. At the same time, an index line is provided near the top end of the level bar, and the level bar thus formed is erected on all sides of the slab surface at the concrete placement position, and the height of the level board at any one level bar is set. After aligning with the top of the concrete, the remaining level bars are moved up and down and the index lines of the remaining level bars are aligned using the index line of the aligned level bar as the reference level. Align the heights of the level board and the level board of the remaining level bars, then arrange the two guide rulers in parallel by placing the two level bars as a set and passing the guide rulers over each receiving member. Concrete is placed on the slab surface using the bottom surface of each level board as a reference, and then a guide pipe is laid over the guide rulers installed in parallel, and the bottom surface of the level board and the bottom surface of the surface plate are aligned with the guide pipe. The present invention is characterized in that the surface plate is attached so that the guide pipe is slid along the longitudinal direction of the guide rulers arranged in parallel.

Next, the height of one level board 6 is determined using a spirit level or transit, and the concrete top plate is positioned. At this time, since the distance between the level board 6 and the index line 9 of the level pipe 4 is constant for each level rod 1, the other level pipes 4 are rotated to move the level rod 1 up and down with respect to the screw shaft 2. By using the index line 9 of the level bar 1 positioned above as a reference level and aligning the index line 9 of the remaining level bars 1 with this index line 9, the level boards 6 of all the level bars 1 are set. Align height.

The surface plate 12 is moved along the longitudinal direction of the guide rulers 10, 10, and the lower end surface of the surface plate 12 is rubbed on the concrete surface to determine the top of the concrete and at the same time smooth the surface. Since the guide pipe 14 slides along the guide rail 11 and moves parallel to the surface formed by the guide rulers 10, 10, the surface plate 12 does not fall below that surface, and the operator can A predetermined concrete top plate can be obtained by simply sliding the plate 12 while pushing it down.

According to the above method of the present invention, the height of the concrete to be placed on the slab surface is determined by the positioning of the leveling plate 6, which is set to have a lower surface on the same level as the lower end surface of the surface plate 12, and one piece of concrete is placed on the slab surface. Once the level boards 6 have been positioned, the heights of the remaining level boards 6 can be determined with reference to the index line 9 of each level bar 1.

The concrete floor obtained by the above construction method can obtain the height of the top of the concrete under the load after concrete placement, and at the same time
Since it slides at a constant height even if the operator changes, it is possible to obtain an accurate flat surface without any difference in the stroke, and a highly accurate and smooth floor surface can be formed. Therefore, the process of using an engine trowel to improve the accuracy of the floor surface can be omitted, and the working time from placing concrete on the floor surface to finishing the floor surface can be shortened.

As described above, according to the present invention, the concrete floor pouring and finishing process can be carried out in a short time, so not only can night work be avoided, but also the floor surface can be finished with high precision and smoothness without the need for skilled workers. Therefore, the effects after implementation of the present invention are extremely large.

1. A level board 6 is fixed or integrally formed below the level rod 1 which is screwed so as to move up and down with respect to a screw shaft 2 which is erected and fixed on the support leg 3, and is received slightly above the level board 6. While the member 7 is rotatably provided, an index line 9 is provided near the top end of the level rod 1, and the thus formed level rod 1 is erected on all sides of the slab surface at the concrete pouring position, and any one level rod is installed. After aligning the height of the level board 6 in step 1 with the top of the concrete to be poured, move the remaining level rods 1 up and down to set the remaining levels using the index line 9 of the aligned level rod 1 as a reference level. By aligning the index lines 9 of the rods 1, the heights of the level boards 6 on the aligned level rods 1 and the level boards 6 on the remaining level rods 1 are adjusted, and then the two level rods 1, 1 are combined as a set. After arranging the two guide rulers 10, 10 in parallel by passing the guide rulers 10 over the respective receiving members 7, 7, concrete is poured on the slab surface using the lower surface of each level board 6 as a reference. Next, the guide pipe 14 is stretched between the guide rulers 10, 10 arranged in parallel, and the surface plate 12 is attached to the guide pipe 14 so that the lower surface of the level board 6 and the lower surface of the surface plate 12 are aligned.
