Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a bag which is excellent in handling and air-tightness and suitable for transporting live fish and vegetable, by a method wherein the part adjacent to an opening of a bag main body is wound around a round rod and a semicircular elastic pipe is fitted on the round rod to seal the bag main body. CONSTITUTION:For example, water of 10-50% of effective volume of a bag and live fish are put into the bag, however, the live fish can be easily take in or out from the bag because the bag is strongly made of soft resin and its shape is hardly deformed. Next, the upper part of the bag is pressed and squeezed to expel air. The upper brim of the bag is wound around a round rod 2, and a cut part 32 of an elastic semicircular pipe 3 is pushed on to the round rod 2, so that the elastic semicircular pipe 3 is expanded and allowed to be fitted on the round rod 2 with one touch. Therefore, the upper brim of the bag main body 1 is pressed and held between the round rod 2 and the elastic semicircular pipe 3, and an opening 11 is firmly sealed, preventing oxygen gas and air from escaping.

[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a simple sealed bag suitable for transporting live fish, fruits and vegetables, and the like. [Prior art] When transporting live fish, in order for the live fish to continue their daily functions,
It is necessary to supply water and oxygen, remove waste products, and maintain a suitable water temperature. For this reason, water tanks or vehicles equipped with tanks are used to transport large quantities from production sites to collection sites, but when transporting small quantities from collection sites to consumers, etc., transport containers are inexpensive and one-way systems are used. For example, a polyethylene bag made of thin polyethylene cloth is used. That is, a specified amount of water and live fish are placed in a plastic bag, and an injection hose is inserted into the opening of the plastic bag, and oxygen gas is blown out to replace it with air. Then, it is tied and sealed with 114°C and C lipo strings. Alternatively, a noni bag-in-box is used in which the plastic bag is placed in an outer box such as a corrugated cardboard box. In addition, fruits and vegetables such as strawberries and cherries are placed in ordinary trays and transported in cardboard boxes, but cardboard boxes do not have a sealing function. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Plastic bags used as containers for transporting live fish in small quantities are inexpensive and suitable as one-way bags, but they are irregular in shape and cannot be used in water or fish. There is a problem where it is difficult to insert and remove. Also. It took time and effort to tie and seal each plastic bag with string, and the sealing properties were incomplete, resulting in failures in which not only oxygen gas but also water were likely to leak during transfer. Next, even for fruits and vegetables, it is sometimes preferable to transport them in a sealed container in an inert atmosphere so that their freshness does not deteriorate during transport. However, to date, a simple and convenient sealed container for transporting fruits and vegetables has not been obtained. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a bag that is easy to handle, has excellent sealing properties, and is suitable for transporting live fish, fruits and vegetables, and the like. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the bag of the present invention includes a bag body made of soft resin 1112 having 111 openings in the upper part,
It consists of a clip system of a round rod and an elastic ψ-shaped pipe with a roughly C-shaped cross section, and the area near the opening 11 of the bag body is wrapped around the mem rod, and the elastic ψJ-shaped pipe and C pipe are wrapped around the opening 11 of the bag body. The special feature is to fit and hold the bag body tightly.

The bag body is soft 'L' 4611111111f! Because of this, it is inexpensive and suitable for a one-way system, but it has a more solid shape than a plastic bag, allows you to easily put in and take out water, live fish, etc. through the opening at the top, and can be folded up when not in use. And round bar and cross section abbreviation C
Since a clip system consisting of a letter-shaped elastic notched pipe is used, first wrap the opening L1 of the bag body around a round rod, and then fit the elastic ψ notched pipe to this L rod.
The vicinity of the opening 11 of the bag body can be sealed by being compressed, and a 1-elastic ψ-notch pipe can be fitted with one tang, making 1M construction easy and having excellent sealing performance. [Example] The present invention will be explained in detail below based on examples shown in the drawings. In FIG. 1, a bag body 1 is formed into a bag shape from a soft resin such as soft polyethylene, and has a more solid shape than a plastic bag. Bag body 1
In order to increase the internal volume, the bottom part 12 is added to the square shape.
Are you being fucked? Water and live fish, 3- Fruits and vegetables 1. An open IJ 11 is formed at the top for inserting and removing items. During this time, the size of 1"11 should be such that you can easily put in and take out live fish, fruits and vegetables, etc.
Second, if the opening 1:+11 is large, the clip system described later will become large (the airtightness tJ will be reduced), so a heat-welded seal line 1:1 is attached to the upper edge of the bag body 1 from both sides. 1111 is made to a predetermined size.A band-shaped opening 11-14 is formed in a straight line from the end edge of the bag body 1 in the F direction about t~5CIIl.This omission is stopped. 14 has a thickness of 1 to 2 mm, for example.
It is made by heat welding synthetic tape 11111 with a degree of heat i + J % J, and when the opening 11 is sealed with a clip system, it prevents the bag body 1 from coming off, but it is reinforced by a stopper 14. So, bag body 1
Prevents wrinkles and folding at the top edge of the
It also helps improve airtightness. This omission 1
1] Eye 14 does not necessarily have to be in a straight line. '1 The same length as the seal line 13 may be provided in two places on both sides, or in several places in a box shape. Gas blow valve 1 to right the backflow prevention mechanism for injection
5 is provided as necessary. FIG. 2 shows a clip system for sealing the opening 1'll, which clip system l',! , R
It consists of a round bar 2 whose length is longer than the opening 11 and an elastic 9J hollow pipe 3. The round bar 2 is, for example, a hard vinyl chloride pipe with an outer diameter of 20 Ill+, which is available from Keisha and is inexpensive. On the other hand, the elastic notched pipe 3 is a hard vinyl chloride pipe whose inner diameter is equal to or slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the round bar 2, with a notch 32 in the axial direction formed therein so that the cross-sectional shape is approximately C-shaped. , ψJ notch; 12, wing parts made of soft vinyl chloride are formed on both sides of the body. Next, to explain the procedure for packaging live fish, first, fill the bag body 1 with water and live fish, for example, about 10.-50% of the effective internal volume. The bag body 1 is made of soft resin and has a firm shape. As shown in FIG. 4, the upper part of the bag body 1 is pressed against the primary bag, which allows live fish etc. to be easily put in and taken out, and the air is squeezed out. Then, when the two ends of the bag body 1 are wrapped around the round bar 2, and the notch part 32 of the elastic notch pipe 3 is pressed onto it, the elastic notch pipe 3 is elastically deformed and the notch part 32 is expanded. However, as shown in FIG. 3, it can be easily fitted to the round bar 2 with one touch. Therefore, the upper edge of the bag body 1 is held under pressure by the round rod 2 and the elastic notched pipe 3, and the opening 11 is reliably sealed, so that rvI gas and water do not leak. Furthermore, if a pull-out stopper 14 is provided as in this embodiment, even if a force pulling the bag body 1 downward is applied, the LJ will not be pulled out.
d: Me1/I acts as a stopper and the nuki does not fall. Then, when gas M, 44 is injected from the gas blowing plug 15, the bag body 1 is inflated and restored to its normal shape, as shown in FIG. 5, and the packaging operation is completed. Note that if the gas blowing plug 15 is not provided, before sealing the opening 11 with the clip system, insert the gas hose through the narrowed opening 11, and quickly remove the gas hose after injecting gas. As mentioned above, it is sufficient to seal the opening 11 with a clip system. The same procedure can be used when packaging fruits and vegetables.
By injecting inert gas instead of oxygen gas, fruits and vegetables such as strawberries and cherries can be sealed in an inert atmosphere and transported without losing their freshness. The bag is placed in a cardboard box or other container and used as a °C bag or inbox, but it is also possible to transport the bag by itself; in this case, it can be easily transported by holding the crib system. It has the advantage of being portable. In any case, the bag of the present invention is inexpensive, both in terms of the bag body and the clip system. It can be used as a one-way transfer container. It is preferable that the bag body 1 has a large effective internal volume and the opening 11 is large enough to allow live fish etc. to be taken in and out easily. As shown in the figure. First, a long cylindrical body made of soft resin is cut into a predetermined length to make it flat, as shown in Figure 6 (
As shown in Δ), at 7-, the lower edge is heat welded with a seal line S□ to form a bag shape, and two seal lines S are added diagonally from the upper edge.
2 to form an opening 11 narrowed to a predetermined size by heat welding. In addition, the seal line S2 may be formed partially parallel, as shown by the dotted line. This creates an IIZ row area in the upper part of the bag body 1, making it easier to wrap it around the round bar 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 6(B), when the lower end of the bag body 1 is folded so that the bottom 12 becomes a square, triangular parts 16 are formed on both sides of the lower end. Heat weld the base end at seal line S. At this time, at the part where the seal line S3 crosses the seal line S1, there are four layers of soft 4111 resin sheets, so it may not be possible to seal completely with only one wooden seal line S3.
A plurality of seal lines S3 are formed in parallel as necessary. Then, when the outside of the seal lines S and S are cut, as shown in FIG. The main body 1 can be easily manufactured in B-112 at low cost. Note that the triangular portion 16 may be bent and spot-welded to the bottom portion 12 without cutting it. Furthermore, the bottom 12 of the bag body 1 is not necessarily necessary, and as shown in FIG. is formed, and the other end is welded with one seal line S to form a bag shape. Then, water and live fish are put in through the opening 11, and as shown in FIG. Since there is no bottom part 12, the bag body 1 is placed horizontally, but if a round bar 2' and an elastic cutout pipe 3' are attached to the other end, it is easy to lift the bag body 1 with both hands and place it inside the outer case. Convenient when putting it in. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, in the bag of the present invention, the vicinity of the opening of the bag main body made of soft resin is wrapped around a round bar, and an elastic notched pipe having a substantially C-shaped cross section is fitted and held on top of the round bar. Since the bag body is sealed, the opening of the bag body can be sealed with a simple operation, and the bag has excellent sealing properties, making it possible to create a one-way bag suitable for transporting live fish, fruits and vegetables, etc.
