Generally speaking, in the case of a sofa-style chair, a relatively elastic seat cushion and seat back are mounted on a frame that is constructed into a predetermined shape, and the seat cushion supports the buttocks of the seated person and also supports the seat back. Although it is possible to sit comfortably by leaning the back of the seated person against the seat, it is not equipped with a leg rest to support the seated person's calves, which may be inconvenient when the seater is extremely fatigued. There are many cases.

According to the embodiment configured as above,
Move the restrest 7 from the seat cushion 3 to the floor 1.
By slanting toward the leg rest 7, the seated person can sit comfortably with his or her calf leaning against the leg rest 7,
By storing the seat in the space 5, normal seating can be performed. That is, as shown by solid lines in FIGS. 1 and 2, the leg rest 7 located in front of the frame 2
When storing the frame 2 in the space 5, put your hand on the top of the seat back 4 and push it in the direction of arrow The frame body 2 is tilted as shown, and the operating knob 11 is rotated in the direction of the arrow Y shown in the first figure while maintaining the tilted state of the frame body 2. By operating the operation knob 11, the leg rest 7 is accommodated in the space 5 by the movement of the bendable portion 8 from the solid line to the imaginary line in FIG.
After that, the forced tilting of the frame body 2 is released,
By returning the frame 2 from the imaginary line shown in FIG. 2 to the solid line state, the leg rest 7 is placed in the space 5 with the roller 9 in contact with the floor 1.

Also, the leg rest 7 is inserted into the first space from inside the space 5.
When removing the device as shown by the solid line in the figure and FIG. 2, while tilting the frame 2 from the solid line shown in FIG. Rotate in the direction. By rotating the operation knob 11 in the opposite direction, the leg rest 7 moves the seat cushion while bringing the roller 9 into contact with the floor surface 1, as shown from the imaginary line to the solid line in FIG. 2, via the bendable portion 8. It is disposed in front of the frame body 2 with an inclined surface facing from the frame body 3 toward the floor surface 1. Thereafter, by returning the frame 2 from the state shown by the virtual line in FIG. 2 to the state shown by the solid line,
This will allow you to sit in a relaxed position. In other words, by tilting the frame 2 from the solid line shown in FIG. 2 to the imaginary line shown, the leg rest 7 can be placed in front of the frame 2 or accommodated in the space 5. By returning the frame body 2 from the state shown by the imaginary lines in FIG. 2 to the state shown by the solid lines, relaxing seating using the leg rests 7 or normal seating without the need for the leg rests 7 can be easily achieved as desired by the seated person. That will happen.

As explained above, according to the present invention, by pushing the frame backwards and using the operation knob to store the leg rest in the frame or position it in front of the frame, it is possible to comfortably sit or relax normally. Not only can seating be easily achieved, but the leg rest can be stored and taken out with simple operations by pushing down the frame and the operation knob, so the leg rest can be used or not used without any trouble. Moreover, it has a simple structure in which the rest rest is connected to the front end of the seat cushion via a bendable part, and the operating shaft from the operating knob is fixed to this bendable part, so it is a fundamental part of conventional sofa style chairs. It has practical effects that can be implemented easily and inexpensively without changing the philosophy.
