Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject readily cuttable tacky tape, composed of three layers of a curable type silicone-based mold release layer, polystyrene-based film layer and acrylic tacky agent layer, capable of enhancing operating efficiency of sealing and reclaiming processing of boxes made of expanded polystyrene, excellent in decorativeness and useful for packaging. CONSTITUTION:The objective tacky tape, obtained by coating one side of (A) a polystylene-based film with (B) a curable type silicone-based mold release agent, mixed and dispersed in one kind composed of hexane, heptane or a mixture thereof, drying the formed coat and then coating the other side of the aforementioned polystyrene-based film with (C) an acrylic tacky agent and capable of direct reclamation processing of sealed boxes made of expanded polystyrene without peeling thereof when used in the above-mentioned boxes.

However, if the paper or polypropylene adhesive tape used for Murayama is mixed in during the recycling process, the performance of the polystyrene will be affected as an impurity since paper and polypropylene are not compatible with polystyrene, resulting in the production of high-quality recycled polystyrene. There is a problem that it cannot be done. Therefore, in order to recycle high-quality polystyrene, all of the adhesive tape used in Murayama must be removed from the expanded polystyrene box.
Work has become complicated.

[Means and effects for solving the problems] As a result of intensive research to solve the above problems, the present inventor has completed the present invention as a means to achieve the above objects. A polystyrene adhesive tape consisting of three layers: a curable silicone female mold agent layer, a polystyrene film layer, and an acrylic adhesive layer.Secondly, one side of the polystyrene film is coated with hexane, heptane, or a mixture thereof. The present invention provides a method for producing a non-stick adhesive tape, in which a curable silicone release agent mixed and dispersed on one side is applied, dried directly, and an acrylic adhesive is applied on the other side. .

Conventionally, when trying to apply a silicone mold release agent to a polystyrene film, the polystyrene film was dissolved by the solvent in which the mold release agent was dispersed, such as xylene or l-luene, so adhesive tape for the polystyrene film was used. was considered impossible to manufacture. In the present invention, a polystyrene adhesive tape can be manufactured by selecting a solvent that has little effect on polystyrene and drying it instantly after coating.

In the present invention, it is necessary to remove (dry) the solvent immediately after applying the release agent to the film, preferably within 3 seconds. Solvent removal is considered complete when the silicone has hardened to a degree suitable for use as a mold release agent.

Is the amount of mold release agent applied based on the mixture of the above components? HOmg/m2~
2 g/m2 is preferred. If the release agent is less than 50 mg/m2, the adhesive tape will have poor back-female properties, and
There are many problems such as the adhesive tape curling and becoming difficult to handle, which is not desirable. Moreover, even if the coating amount exceeds 2 g/m2, the effect remains unchanged (therefore, from an economical point of view, there is no need to apply a coating amount exceeding 2 g/m2).
