Claims (1)
を先端面に形成してなるノズルヘツドを突出させ
て固定するとともに、カツタ等の被駆動部材が一
体的に固着される駆動軸を回転自由に支持し、該
駆動軸に、前記ノズルヘツドの前記噴出口と対応
して開口する受圧凹部を突出端に形成してなる揺
動体を一体的に固着し、常には、復帰用ばねの付
勢により前記受圧凹部内に前記ノズルヘツドの先
端部が僅かな隙間を保ちつつ擦れ合わずに挿入し
て前記噴出口が閉塞される待機姿勢に前記揺動体
を保持し、前記噴出口から前記受圧凹部内に作用
する作動流体の噴出圧力により、待機姿勢の前記
揺動体に前記復帰用ばねの付勢に抗して揺動する
方向の回転力を付与する構成としたことを特徴と
する揺動アクチユエータ。 2 前記基体に形成した収容空間内に、前記ノズ
ルヘツドの突出端を臨ませるとともに前記揺動体
を収容し、前記基体に、前記揺動体の前記受圧凹
