On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
Many of them are formed to an appropriate width. This receiving metal fitting 3 is fixed on a structural material, and a folded construction board is placed and fixed on it. Therefore, when an attempt is made to lay a heat insulating material on the structural material, the receiving metal fitting 3 becomes an obstacle, and a gap is formed between adjacent heat insulating materials. For this reason, the heat insulation performance deteriorates at this location, and thermal bridging and cold bridging phenomena are likely to occur, causing dew condensation and the like. In addition, in order to prevent this, various shapes of metal fittings have been devised, but
In both cases, the shape and structure of the receiving metal fitting 3 have been changed, and there has been no heat insulating envelope that can exhibit good heat insulation performance while using the conventional receiving metal fitting 3.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has developed the present invention on structural materials.
A plurality of pedestal metal fittings each consisting of a vertical piece and an upper piece are fixed at appropriate intervals, and a receiving metal fitting consisting of a trapezoidal chevron-shaped portion and a bottom portion is fixed onto the pedestal metal fitting, and the vertical piece of the pedestal metal fitting is sandwiched. The heat insulating material is laid on top of the structural material, and the folded construction board is placed and fixed on the receiving metal fittings to create a thermally insulating outer envelope, which achieves insulation properties with a simple structure using conventional metal fittings. This solves the above-mentioned problems.

Reference numeral 1 denotes structural members such as a purlin and a rim, onto which metal pedestals 2, 2, . . . are fixed by welding or the like. The base metal fitting 2 consists of a vertical piece 2a and an upper piece 2b, and is a metal fitting formed in a T-shape as a whole (see FIG. 4). In addition to this, the pedestal metal fitting 2 may have a vertical piece 2a formed from one end of the upper piece 2b to form an inverted L shape (see Fig. 5), or in these embodiments, a bottom portion may be formed at the bottom of the vertical piece 2a. There are embodiments in which a piece 2c is provided and formed in a horizontal H shape or a U-shape (see FIGS. 6 and 7). The pedestal metal fittings 2 are arranged at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the structural member 1.

A receiving metal fitting 3 is fixed onto the upper piece 2b of the base metal fitting 2 by welding or the like. The receiving metal fitting 3 has a shape obtained by appropriately bending a band plate, and has a trapezoidal mountain-shaped portion 3a and a bottom portion 3.
b, and these may be formed continuously (see Figs. 1 to 3, Fig. 8, etc.), or the bottom portions 3b, 33b may be formed at both lower ends of the trapezoidal mountain-shaped portion 3a facing outward. There are some embodiments in which the bottom part 3b is formed on the lower side of the trapezoidal mountain part 3a and is closed. The upper surface of the trapezoidal mountain-shaped portion 3a corresponds to the structure of the folded construction board 6, and may have a structure to which the hanger 4 can be fixed (see Fig. 1, Fig. 2, etc.), or may be formed flat. There are examples such as (see Fig. 3).

Reference numeral 5 denotes a heat insulating material, which is made of a heat insulating board such as a foamed synthetic resin board, a wood wool board, or a rock wool board. The heat insulating materials 5, 5 are laid on the structural member 1 while sandwiching the vertical piece 2a of the pedestal metal fitting 2. Therefore, the heat insulating materials 5, 5 are often located below the upper piece 2b of the pedestal metal fitting 2.

is mounted and fixed. This folded construction board 6
is a cross section above both ends of the upper surface portions 6b, 6b formed outward from both ends of the bottomed V-shaped portion 6a. A lower part 6c and an upper part 6d are formed in a shape such as a shape or an inverted L shape (see FIGS. 1, 2, etc.). Also,
This folded version building board 6 has chevron-shaped portions 6e, 6e formed at both ends of the bottomed V-shaped portion 6a (see FIG. 3), or, although not shown, the bottomed V-shaped portion 6a In some embodiments, an appropriate number of intermediate ridge-shaped portions are formed when the bottom portion of the holder is wide.

The folded construction board 6 is fixed to the receiving metal fitting 3 using a hanger 4, a fixing device 7 such as a bolt, or the like.
Since many of the heat insulating materials 5 have elasticity,
At locations other than the pedestal metal fitting 2 and the receiving metal fitting 3, they often come into contact with the bottom surface of the bottomed V-shaped portion 6a of the folded architectural boards 6, 6, .

In the present invention, the configuration is such that a plurality of pedestal fittings 2, 2, . Mountain-shaped portion 6a and bottom portion 3b
A receiving metal fitting 3 consisting of the above-mentioned metal pedestal fittings 2 is fixed, and the insulation materials 5, 5 are laid on the structural material 1 while holding the vertical piece 2a of the pedestal metal fitting 2, and a folded plate-shaped construction board 6 is placed on the receiving metal fitting 3. By having a structure in which it is placed and fixed, the following effects are achieved. That is, firstly, it can significantly improve the heat insulation effect and prevent thermal bridging and cold bridging phenomena, secondly, it can be constructed at low cost, and thirdly, it can be easily manufactured. play.

To explain the above effects in detail, first, in the heat insulating envelope of the present invention, the heat insulating materials 5, 5, . . . can be laid without gaps. Insulation material 5, 5,
As shown in FIG. 8, in the conventional structure, when laying ... on the structural material 1, the receiving fitting 3 becomes an obstacle, and a gap approximately the width of the receiving fitting 3 is created between the insulating materials 5, 5. was formed. However, in this invention, structural material 1
