ザー2周波直交光源、連続波レーザー分岐部、複
数干渉計包含の干渉計部、 PLL位相検波器、受信遅延部、受信信号加算
器及び表示器からなるヘテロダイン方式受信装置
と、上記送信装置の斜角送信ヘツドと上記受信装
置の斜角受信ヘツドを適宜挾角を存して固定した
センサーヘツドと、上記センサーヘツドと送信装
置、受信装置の間をそれぞれ連続する複数の光フ
アイバーとを具えたことを特徴とするレーザー超
