状と成し、上記横Ｖ字状の縦糸の各折曲部を編縫
製し、空隙率を３０％〜４０％と成して、表網状
布を形成し、 細巾肉薄のポリエチレン耐蝕性繊維帯状糸を連
続した横Ｖ字状の縦糸と成し、耐蝕性繊維ポリエ
チレン中細糸を二重の横糸とし、該横糸を連環状
の緩鎖状と成して、上記横Ｖ字状の縦糸の各端部
を編縫製し、空隙率を２０％〜３０％と成して裏
網状布を形成し、 続いて、表網状布と裏網状布を重ね合わせて所
定位置を重縫製し、＝＝形状に空網状袋部と所定
の長さに水平方向に断続して、重縫製した閉塞部
を設け、四方辺端部を折込み縫製し、該折込部へ
耐蝕性の強靱な網体を挿置し、表網状布の頂部又
は、中部の適宜な位置に注入口を設けたことを特
