つて、セラミツクスの仕切板1を介して一段おき
に形成される高温流体通路3と低温流体通路4は
、いずれも板面7′に、流体の流れ方向へ等ピツ
チで並ぶ多数の長孔8の列8aが横方向に複数列
を形成するとともに、これら複数の列の長孔8の
位置が各列ごとに前後にずれていて、最前部の長
孔が板面の流体入側端部を切欠9く列と、最後部
の長孔が板面の流体出側端部を切欠10く列とが
交互になるよう形成された2枚の同形状のセラミ
ツクス板7を、互いにのセラミツクス板の前後位
置を逆にして重ね合せることにより、重ねた2枚
のセラミツクス板7の長孔8が互いに部分的に重
なり合い、流体が波状に流れる波形流体通路に形
成されていることを特徴とするセラミツクス製熱
