の外周面とケーシングの内周面との間にこれらシ
ール部材間に位置する環状室を形成するものにお
いて、該環状室と前記蓄液室とを、蓄液室から環
状室への流れを許容する減圧機能を持つ第1一方
向弁と、該第1一方向弁に並列で環状室から蓄液
室への流れを許容する第2一方向弁とを介して連
