給湯器に接続されるユニツトであつて、 上記給湯管と給水管との間に接続される空気加
熱用熱交換器および水循環ポンプと、 上記空気加熱用熱交換器に室内空気を循環させ
るフアンと、 上記の空気加熱用熱交換器の通水バイパス管路
と、 前記空気加熱用熱交換器とバイパス管路とを切
