４′ａしてそれぞれ主副両シートａ，ｂを構成材
とする袋体から成り、主シートａの前記一側端１
の上下方向の中央部に切欠５を設け、該切欠部５
の上下の主シート部片をフロツピーデイスク収納
部３，３′方向に折り返して突縁６，６′を設け、
この突縁部６，６′を目次片ｍの収納部７，７′と
成し、また、主シートａの前記他の一側端１′、
すなわち、目次片用収納部７，７′に相対する主

に抽出でき、かつ、この目次片収納部は主シート
を折り返して形成したものであるから、突縁状に
なつて収納部に収容したフロツピーデイスクは該
