ピストンプレートと、少なくとも内周ビード部が
前記カール部に嵌着されているダイヤフラムとか
ら構成されると共に、前記内周ビード部に、前記
ダイヤフラムの内周ビード部近傍部分が後方へ所
定量膨らんだとき、定圧室と変圧室とを連通する
溝が形成されていることを特徴とする負圧倍力装
置。
