フトレバーに枢着され、運転室内の変速操作レバ
ーに連動して駆動されることにより上記クロスシ
ヤフトを廻動させるシフトロツドを具えてなるも
のにおいて、同シフトロツドの上記シフトレバー
に対する連結部分が、ロツド端部材と、その基部
を同ロツド端部材に軸線方向に摺動自在に嵌装さ
れて半径方向外向きに突設され、その半径方向外
方部分を上記シフトレバーに枢着されたアーム部
材と、同アーム部材の基部における軸線方向両側
面と上記ロツド端部材上に固定されたワツシヤ等
の受部材との間に介装された防振ゴムパツドとか
ら構成されていることを特徴とする車両用変速機
