Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the quality and to economize the material by forming both end sections in the cross direction of metallic plates in a projecting curved shape toward end sections, arranging a resin between the metallic plates and compression-bonding the resin. CONSTITUTION:The spaces of metallic plates 1a, 1b at both end sections are made larger than central sections in the cross direction of the metallic plates 1a, 1b in a resin 2 at the time of compression bonding by forming both end sections of the metallic plates 1a, 1b in projecting curve R shapes toward end sections, thus collecting the resin 2 in the large space sections, then preventing outflow to the outside. A method, in which both end sections are trimmed and both end sections are treated under light pressure by a roll, or a method, in which the metallic plates are carried into a resin sandwich type metallic plate production line without trimming both end sections after rolling because an edge drop is generated on the continuous rolling of the metallic bands and the edge section shape takes a projecting curved shape suitable for collecting the resin, is adopted as a method in which both end sections of the metallic plates 1a, 1b are formed in the projecting curved shapes toward the end sections, thus obviating the outflow of the resin.

(Prior Art) A method for manufacturing a resin sandwich type metal plate generally involves applying a resin to one side of one metal plate (strip), placing the other metal plate (strip) on the resin surface, and bonding with pressure. Alternatively, a film-like resin is inserted between both metal bands and the two metal bands are similarly pressed and bonded. (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-53833, etc.) (Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, in the production of such a resin sandwich type metal plate, a part of the resin becomes metal Fi, (band) during pressure bonding.
This has the disadvantage that it flows out from both ends and adheres to the surface of the metal plate, deteriorating the quality.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is characterized in that both ends of the metal plate in the width direction are formed into a convex curved shape toward the ends, and a resin is disposed between the metal plates, or that one of the metal plates in the width direction A resin sandwich type metal plate, characterized in that a resin is placed between metal plates with both ends having a convex curve shape toward the end and the other metal plate having both ends in the width direction having a straight line shape, and the resin sandwich type metal plate is bonded under pressure. This is a manufacturing method.

flows out and adheres to the surfaces of the metal plates 11a and llb. This is because both ends of the metal plates (bands) lla and Ilb are formed in a straight line, so that the resin flows out of both ends of the metal plates during pressure bonding.

In the present invention, by using a metal plate (band) having a convex curved shape at both ends in the width direction of the metal plate to form a resin sandwich type metal plate, the resin can be prevented from flowing out during pressure bonding. This aspect will be explained with reference to the drawings.

In Fig. 2, both ends of the metal plates (bands) la and lb (same as the other end not shown in Fig. 2) are formed into a convex curved R shape toward the end, and pressure crimping is performed. resin of time 2
Since the gap between the metal plates 1a and lb at both ends is larger than that at the center in the width direction of the metal plates 1a and lb, the resin 2a stays in this large gap and does not flow out to the outside.

Also, as shown in Fig. 3, one metal plate in Fig. 2 (
Both ends of only the band) la have a curved R shape that is convex toward the end, and the metal plate (band) la, lbO is at both ends compared to the center in the width direction! It is also possible to make the gaps a and lb large so that the resin 2a under pressure stays in this gap to prevent it from flowing out.

Next, as a method for forming both ends of the metal plates (bands) Ia and Ib into a convex curved shape toward the ends, for example, after trimming (shearing) both ends, both ends are lightly rolled with a roll, or Edge drops occur during continuous rolling of metal strips, and this edge shape exhibits a convex curve shape suitable for holding resin, so resin sandwich type metal plate (strip) production line can be used without trimming both ends after rolling. By transporting the resin into the container, it is possible to reliably prevent the resin from flowing out as described above.
