設け、 さらに、上記固定機台１には第一プーリ５の下
方部位に第一案内プーリ８を、移動機台３には第
二プーリ６の下方部位に第二案内プーリ９を夫々
配設し、 上記第一プーリ５、第二プーリ６、テンシヨン
プーリ７、第一案内プーリ８、第二案内プーリ９
とには、一方側ドラム２と他方側ドラム４とを同
調回転するための無端ベルト１０を、該第一プー
リ５、第二プーリ６、テンシヨンプーリ７、第一
案内プーリ８が該無端ベルト１０のルーブ内側に
接触し、第二案内プーリ９が該無端ベルト１０の
ループ外側に接触する様になしてかけたことを特
