Abstract
Description
本発明は、廃油からなる液体洗剤及びその製造方法並び
に廃油の処理方法に関し、廃油の処理として有効に活用

従来、厨房で生ずる廃油は特殊な薬剤を投入してこれを

本発明は上記欠点を解消し、廃油を低コスト、無公害に
て有効に処理するとともに、むしろ廃油を原料化し、こ
れにより、油汚れ、泥汚れ等頑固でしつこい汚れに対し
ても強力な洗浄力があり、しかも肌荒れを起こさない強
力な洗剤及びその製造方法並びに廃油の処理方法を供す

水を投入量の5分の1乃至8分の1混入し時々撹拌して
翌日に至る第一工程に続け、前工程の生成物に沸騰水を
同量程度づつ投入し時々撹拌して翌日に至る中間工程を
繰り返し、全量の沸騰水を混入後約10日前後乃至30
日前後寝かす最終工程を経ることを特徴とする廃油から
なる液体洗剤の製造方法
並びに廃油を常圧下加熱した後、米飯を添加して撹拌し
、次いで水酸化ナトリウムを添加して撹拌し、次いで沸

この液体洗剤及び液体洗剤の製造方法は、各成分の混合

このように、本発明にかかる廃油からなる液体洗剤及び
その製造方法並びに廃油の処理方法によれば、廃油に混
合又は添加される物質が水、水酸化ナトリウム及び米飯
であって、生産面においても使用面においても危険な物
質を用いていない。
また、各工程も特殊な高圧高温を要しない。したがって
、廃油の処理乃至洗剤の生産が安全であり、かつ公害問
題を惹起する余地がないという効果がある。
生成された洗剤の洗浄力は、油汚れ、泥汚れ等頑固でし
つこい汚れに対しても強力であり、換気扇、ガスレンジ
、ガステープル、茶しぶ等、台所関係の各種汚れ、靴下
、作業着、体育着、皮革製品等、衣類関係の汚れ、風呂
場、タイル、風呂桶、便所、便器、洗面所、洗面器具、
柱、網戸、鏡、ガラス、家具等、住宅及び住宅機器関係
の汚れ、自動車の水垢、油膜、その他、種々の用途に適
用可能であり、汎用性がある。
しかも、かかる洗剤を用いても肌荒れを起こすことがな
い効果がある。
廃油はラード等の動物性のものでもよいが、般に厨房で
用いられるサラダ油、菜種油、胡麻油等、植物性の廃油
が望ましい。
米飯は残飯であってもよい。炊飯前の米粒は望ましくな
い。
各成分の混合割合は、廃油lに対し、水5.6乃至8.
3程度、水酸化ナトリウム0.17乃至0.25程度、
米飯0.07乃至0.13程度とされる。就中、廃油1
に対し、水約7、水酸化ナトリウム釣鉤2、米飯約0.
09程度であるのが望ましい。
本発明にかかる廃油からなる液体洗剤の製造方法乃至処
理方法は次の通りである。
第一工程
廃油を常圧下加熱した後、米飯を添加して撹拌し、次い
で水酸化ナトリウムを添加して撹拌し、次いで沸騰水を
投入量の5分の1乃至8分の1混入し、時々撹拌して翌
日に至る。廃油は80℃程度の沸点以下に加熱される。
中間工程
前工程の生成物に沸騰水を同量程度づつ投入し、時々撹
拌して翌日に至る。
中間工程は、沸騰水の投入量の程度により4日乃至7日
程度要する。即ち、沸騰水の投入量が115づつとされ
る場合は4日であり、1/7又は1/8づつとされる場
合は6日又は7日要する最終工程
中間工程にて全量の沸騰水を混入後、夏期においては1

風呂場、タイル、風呂桶、便所、便器、洗面所、洗面器
具、柱、網戸、鏡、ガラス、家具等、住宅及び住宅機器
関係の汚れ、自動車の水垢、油膜、その他、種々の用途
に適用可能であった。しかも、かかる物質を用いて洗浄
しても肌荒れを起こすことがない効果があった。
第2実施例
廃油の投入量を1.8℃とした外は、第1実施例と同−
一の成分及び方法で製造した。生成された物質の効果は
前例と同様である。
第3実施例
廃油の投入量を2.7℃とし、米飯の添加量を250g
とした外は、第1実施例と同一の成分及び方法で製造し
た9生成された物質の効果は前例と同様である。
第4実施例
米飯の添加量を270gとした外は、第1実施例と同一
の成分及び方法で製造した。生成された物質の効果は前
例と同様である。
第5実施例
米飯の添加量を150gとした外は、第1実施例と同一
の成分及び方法で製造した。生成された物質の効果は前
例と同様である。
第1実施例乃至第5実施例において、廃油を「l]とし
