ンジスタと、この補助トランジスタのコレクタお
よび電源間にて電源からの電流が順方向となるよ
うに接続されたダイオードとを備えた回路におい
て、 前記補助トランジスタのベースおよびエミツタ
間にバイパスコンデンサを接続したことを特徴と
