However, this type of easy-open lid requires considerable force to tear the score.
There is a problem with ease of opening the package, and there is a risk of injury to fingers due to the sharp breakage of the score.

This type of easy-open lid is opened by first breaking the opening guide line and then folding the skirt and top plate at the fold line, which requires relatively little force to open and has a sharp score break. It has the advantage that no part of the body is exposed.

Breaking of the A conductor occurs with a relatively small force, but a relatively large force is required to fold the folded wire, so the force required for folding is minimized without affecting the sealing part. There is a need to reduce it.

In addition, by making the liner and the lid shell have a strong adhesive strength that exceeds the breaking strength of the liner material, especially in the part along the opening guide line or its extension line, the liner that is strongly bonded with the liner can cross the opening guide line when opening the package. to prevent cuts from being made on the top plate of the lid.
Makes opening work easier. Furthermore, if there are sharp cuts in the top plate, there is a risk of injury to fingers due to the cuts, but this will also be prevented.

This is to prevent the tendency of the cuts formed along the opening guide line to go inward (toward the direction in which the width becomes narrower). Pattern B
In this case, the outer loop 20b of the strongly bonded region 18' is similar to pattern A, but the inner loop 20a bends inward more quickly than in pattern A. In pattern C, the inner and outer loops 20a, 20b of the strong adhesive area 18' have a portion that first widens outward and then a portion that extends parallel to the opening guide line.

On the inner surface protective coating and strongly adhesive primer layer 22, a non-adhesive to weakly adhesive coating is applied in a fixed pattern! 23 is provided as a masking layer,
An organic polymer liner 2 is applied on top of these. Thus, a strongly adhesive region is formed on the strongly adhesive primer, and a non-adhesive or weakly adhesive region is formed on the non-adhesive or weakly adhesive masking layer. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 6-8, the entire surface of the metal is coated with a coating that has no or weak adhesion to the liner.
Apply I23 only to the 1st swing area! A brimer coating 115I22 is provided which has adhesiveness to I23 and strong adhesion to the liner. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6-C, the inner surface of the metal 21 is coated with a 1 strong vibration coating 22, a non-adhesive to weakly adhesive coating 23s, and a side coating 23s corresponding to the non-adhesive to weakly adhesive area and the strongly adhesive area, respectively. - Printing, stamping, etc. are used to apply the paint or coating as a pattern, which may be provided in a pie-side relationship (juxtaposed relationship).

11 Vinyl chloride resins include vinyl chloride homopolymers as well as vinyl chloride and small amounts of comonomers 1 such as vinyl acetate, vinylidene chloride, styrene,
Copolymers with acrylic esters, methacrylic esters, and butadiene can also be used. The average degree of polymerization of these vinyl chloride resins is not particularly limited, and is generally preferably from 500 to 3,000. These vinyl chloride resins can be used in the resin composition of the present invention, whether they are relatively fine in particle size obtained by emulsion polymerization, relatively coarse in particle size by suspension polymerization, or a mixture thereof. .

One or more types of various soft plastics and rubbers such as elastomer, butyl rubber, SBR, etc. can be used, and these are applied inside the shell in the form of a melt and stamped while cooling to form a predetermined liner shape. do. Alternatively, a solution or dispersion of these polymers may be applied and dried to form a predetermined liner. For olefin polymers and styrene polymers, it is preferable to use a paint containing an acid-modified olefin resin as a strongly adhesive paint, and a paint without it as a non-adhesive or weakly adhesive paint.

By using strong adhesion and non-adhesion or weak adhesion in most of the other circumferential parts, it is possible to prevent cuts from being made in the top plate part and reduce the unsealing force from the second band-shaped part (Fig. 1 14). and is further effectively transmitted to the third strip (FIG. 1, 15), which acts to facilitate opening, thereby significantly improving the opening performance of the container lid, and further improving the above-mentioned limited strong adhesive area. Since the majority of the remaining area consists of non-adhesive or weakly adhesive areas, shocks are absorbed when the liner is in close contact with the container mouth, maintaining high sealing performance, resulting in easy opening and impact resistance. The optimal combination of the following will be guaranteed.
