ピンドルの前記トラクシヨン伝動機構の外周及び
主軸の軸受の外周にそれぞれ冷却ジヤケツトを配
設すると共に、伝動軸体の軸受の外周箇所からト
ラクシヨン伝動機構の冷却ジヤケツトを経て主軸
軸受の冷却ジヤケツトに至る冷却媒体通路をハウ
ジングに内設してなるドライブスピンドルの冷却
装置であつて、 前記伝動軸体の軸受の外周箇所において前記冷
却媒体通路に連結された冷却媒体管路から分岐さ
れ、少なくとも前記トラクシヨン伝動機構の冷却
ジヤケツトに直接に冷却媒体を供給するバイパス
経路を前記ハウジング外に設けたことを特徴とす
