向の軸受振動が加えられた場合のそれぞれ圧電検
出器の屈曲振動及び検出出力特性を示す図、第５
図は第２図のペンジユラム軸を説明するための要
部の正面図である。

るケースとの間に粘弾性体より成る充填物を介在
