ンサーの回路方式、第3図は本考案の各部動作波
形、第4図は本考案による静電容量式位置センサ
のセンサ位置対出力電圧特性図である。第1図に
於いて1は円筒状金属ケース、2は誘電体筒、3
は金属棒、4は誘電体筒内孔、5,6はリード端
子、第2図に於いてSはスイツチ、Cは静電容量
式センサ、Rは抵抗である。
