起部とピストンとの間で該押し棒の外側に間隙を
有して配置されかつ前記吸気口と気密接触するよ
うに該吸気口に挿入された中空摺動弁とを有し、
前記中空摺動弁は前記ピストンの上死点位置では
該ピストンに気密接触して前記吸気口を閉塞する
