Exhibits for special exhibitions in museums, for example, paintings are illuminated with fluorescent lights, sculptures are illuminated with incandescent downlights, and if the illuminance is to be significantly reduced, part of the light is covered with a cover plate to reduce the number of lights. Lighting that is appropriate for the exhibits is being used, such as lighting that reduces the amount of light generated, but since these exhibits are usually replaced in short cycles, it is necessary to replace the lighting equipment accordingly.

Conventionally, wiring ducts were built into the ends of fluorescent lighting fixtures, and exposed type incandescent spotlights were attached to the wiring ducts as needed. In addition, if the illuminance was to be significantly reduced, the lights were turned off. However, in both cases, the disadvantage was that the appliances were not aesthetically pleasing and did not suit the indoor environment.

Furthermore, in order to efficiently sterilize a room in hospitals, etc., it is best to sterilize the room all at once using a sterilizing lamp with an open bottom when no one is present at night.
This germicidal light fixture does not turn on during the day, so it has the disadvantage of giving the room a dark impression. It is also necessary to reduce the probability of accidents in which sterilizing lamps are turned on by mistake when people are present during the day.

However, there were problems in that it was dangerous to remove the lamp when working at heights, and the workability was poor. On the other hand, there were lighting fixtures in which the lamp had a rotating shaft, a plurality of lamps were arranged around the rotating shaft, and the position of the lamps could be changed by rotating the lamp (for example, JP-A-61 32908), but
When multiple lamps are installed side by side, there is a drawback in that a large space is required for rotation between the lamps.
