タに基づきタンク内の残油量を計測する残油量計
測手段と、 前記残油量計測手段により計測したタンクの残
油量データを記憶する記憶手段と、 前記残油量計測手段により計測した当該タンク
の複数回の残油量データの変動が予め設定した許
容量以内か否かを判定する判定手段と、 前記判定手段により当該タンクの複数回の残油
量データの変動が前記許容値以内と判定された場
合は当該タンクに配設された前記静電容量式液面
計を正常と判断する一方、当該タンクの複数回の
残油量データの変動が前記許容値を超過している
と判定された場合は当該タンクに配設された前記
静電容量式液面計を異常と判断すると共に異常を
