ヤシートの固定用ワイヤを挿入する挿入部が形成
され、該挿入部はフロアパネル及びフロアカーペ
ツトのカーペツト層の後部に形成されたスリツト
と、前記フロアカーペツトのカーペツト層に形成
されたスリツトに対応する位置の緩衝材に一体に
形成され、前記フロアパネルのスリツトに挿入さ
れる凹状部とを有し、該凹状部に前記固定用ワイ
ヤを係止する係止部が形成され、前記挿入部の係
止部に固定用ワイヤを係止させることによりフロ
アカーペツトの後部がフロアパネルに固定される
ようになされていることを特徴とする車両用フロ
