着フイルムである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の新規な剥離紙付粘着フイルム。 ３ 該記号がアルフアベツト文字及び／又は算用
数字である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
新規な剥離紙付粘着フイルム。 ４ 該粘着フイルムの膜厚が１０〜１１５０μで
