ペダルが操作された状態でブレーキ操作信号を発
生する第1の信号発生手段と、暗証信号を入力す
るための操作手段と、入力された暗証信号が予め
設定されたロツク解除用暗証信号と一致したとき
のみ解除信号を発生する第2の信号発生手段と、
前記ブレーキ操作信号及び解除信号が双方とも出
力された状態でのみ前記シフトロツク機構のロツ
ク状態を解除するロツク解除手段とを備えたこと
