Claims (1)
- 平面略直角四角形状の圧電基板の一端部側に複
数のスリツトを刻設することにより音叉部を形成
すると共に、上記圧電基板と、該圧電基板の上記
音叉部に対向して配設された平面略直角四角形状
のスペーサとを中心として、その両面に上記音叉
部を囲むようにして形成された接着層を介して被
覆シートを接着してなる圧電振動子において、上
記接着層を、接着性を有するシート状基材により
構成してなることを特徴とする圧電振動子。
