- 水切り穴の付いた平板型のテーブル上にメツシ
ユグリツドを乗せる為の円柱状で直径がメツシユ
グリツドの直径と同じか若しくは、若干小さい上
面が平らなテーブルを数個以上設けた電子顕微鏡
用試料作成台。
