らに固定ピンの先端部にロツク部材を嵌め着ける
ようにしたことを要旨とするものである。すなわ
ち本発明に係る固定方法は、固定部材に鋳造部
品を固定するための貫通孔を形成する工程と、
鋳造部品に埋設されるべき埋設部と上記貫通孔に
嵌め入れられるべき中間部とその貫通孔から突き
出されるべき突出端部とを備えた管状部材であつ
て、軸方向に平行なスリツトが切り込まれること
によつて突出端部の径方向の弾性変形が可能とさ
れ、かつ、その突出端部の外径が上記貫通孔より
も大径とされた固定ピンを成形する工程と、当
該鋳造部品の鋳造に対して、上記固定ピンの埋設
部を鋳造部品内に埋設する埋設工程と、その鋳
造部品に埋設部が埋設された上記固定ピンを、そ
の突出端部が固定部材の貫通孔から突き出される
までその貫通孔内に強制的に嵌め入れる嵌入工程
と、その固定ピンの上記貫通孔から突き出され
た突出端部内に、その突出端部の縮径方向の弾性
変形を阻止するロツク部材を嵌め着けるロツク工
程とを含むことを特徴とするものである。
