Claims (1)
- 箱状の気密空間を形成すると共に、前記気密空
間の底部において前記気密空間と外部とに貫通す
るリード端子を絶縁材で封着した気密端子におい
て、記リード線の外部に突出した部分を外方に折
曲するとともに、前記気密空間底部の裏面と前記
リード端子の外部突出部分との間に電気的に絶縁
されるように絶縁被覆層を設けたことを特徴とす
る気密端子。
