トの一例を示した概略縦断側面図、第７図は第６
図に示したヘツドレストで生ずる問題点を説明す
るための断面図である。 １……ヘツドレスト、２……中空芯体、３……
緩衝材、４……ステー、５……凹部、６……前側
下部コーナ部分（結合部）。

Claims (1)
- 樹脂製中空芯体の周囲を緩衝材で覆つてなると
ともに、前記中空芯体に取り付けたステーを介し
てシート側に取り付けられる車両用ヘツドレスト
において、前記中空芯体と前記ステーとの結合部
を前記中空芯体の下部に設けるとともに、前記結
合部を囲つている前記中空芯体上の部分を他の部
分よりも破断し易く形成し、前記中空芯体の上方
から所定よりも大きな外力を受けたときに前記破
断し易い部分が破断されて前記結合部を前記中空
芯体内部に納めて覆うように構成したことを特徴
とする車両用ヘツドレスト。
