Claims (1)
熱物に、マグネトロンで発生させたマイクロ波を
照射し、加熱室内の空気をフアンで換気して被加
熱物を加熱する高周波加熱装置において、 上記扉の開閉を検知する開閉検知スイツチと、
上記トレイに載せられた被加熱物の重量を検出す
る重量センサと、所定時間を計時するタイマと、
加熱終了時に上記重量センサからの検出信号に基
づいて被加熱物の重量に応じたフアン運転時間を
所定の数式で算出し、算出したフアン運転時間を
上記タイマに計時させ、かつタイマの計時中だけ
上記フアンを駆動するとともに、加熱終了後に上
記開閉検知スイツチから開検知信号が入力された
とき、上記重量センサからの検出信号が一定値以
上変化するか否かを判断し、一定値以上変化した
場合、運転中のフアンを停止させる制御手段を備
