産業上の利用分野 この考案は、熱交換器用管状ヘツダに関する。 従来技術およびその問題点 第4図は、カークーラ用蒸発器の一例を示して
いる。蒸発器は、内部に複数の冷媒通路が形成さ
れかつ直管部1aを有するアルミニウム製蛇行状
偏平管1と、各直管部1a間に介在されたアルミ
ニウムブレージング・シート製コルゲート・フイ
ン2と、偏平管1の両端にそれぞれ接続されたア
ルミニウム・ブレージング・シート製円管状ヘツ
ダ3と、一方のヘツダ3に連結されたアルミニウ
ム製冷媒供給管4と、他方のヘツダ3に連結され
たアルミニウム製冷媒排出管5とを備えている。
各ヘツダ3と、偏平管1との連結は、各ヘツダ3
の周壁に長さ方向にのびた偏平管接続用孔があけ
られ、この孔に偏平管1の端部が差し込まれろう
付されることにより行なわれる。従来のヘツダ3
においては、第2図に示すように偏平管接続用孔
の幅は、一端から他端まで一定になるように形成
されている。 従来のヘツダ3では、それに偏平管1をろう付
した場合に、偏平管接続用孔6の側縁の長さ中央
部と偏平管1の幅中央部との間にろう付不良が発
生するという問題があつた。そこで、ろう付後の
ヘツダ3をよく観察してみると、第3図に示すよ
うに、ヘツダ3が中太状に熱変形し、偏平管接続
用孔6の側縁の長さ中央部と偏平管1の幅中央部
との間に比較的大きなすき間が生じていることを
発見した。 この考案は、上記発見にもとづいてなされたも
のであり、上記問題を解消できる熱交換器用管状
ヘツダを提供することを目的とする。 問題点を解決するための手段 この考案による熱交換器用管状ヘツダは、管状
ヘツダの周壁にその長さ方向にのびた偏平管接続
用孔があけられ、偏平管接続用孔に複数の冷媒通
路を内部に有する偏平管の端部が差し込まれてろ
う付される熱交換器に用いられる管状ヘツダであ
つて、偏平管接続用孔の長さ中央部がくびれるよ
うに、偏平管接続用孔の幅が両端部から長さ中央
部に向つて徐々に狭くされていることを特徴とす
る。 実施例 以下、第1図を参照してこの考案の実施例につ
いて説明する。 この考案による熱交換器用管状ヘツダ3では、
偏平管接続用孔6の長さ中央部がくびれるよう
に、偏平管接続用孔6の幅が両端部から長さ中央
部に向つて徐々に狭くされている。この例では、
偏平管接続用孔6の両側縁の端部から長さ中央部
までの間は、傾斜した直線状に形成されている。
偏平管接続用孔6の両側縁が円弧状になるように
形成してもよい。 第1表は、各部の長さA1〜E1が以下に示され
る長さである第1図のヘツダ3(以下、ヘツダ
