Claims (1)
- 少なくとも１つのフエライトコアと少なくとも
３つの中心導体とからなる中心導体部と、前記フ
エライトコアに直流磁界を印加する永久磁石とを
ケースで囲い、一面に接地用導体膜、他面に前記
接地用導体膜と導通した接地用導体膜、少なくと
も３つの静電容量形成用導体膜及び抵抗膜が形成
された絶縁体基板の前記一面を前記ケースに接合
し、前記ケースの開口部から突出した中心導体を
前記絶縁体基板の前記静電容量形成用導体膜に接
続したことを特徴とする集中定数型アイソレータ
。
