気の吐出口３、還気の吸込口４及び排気口５を設
け、同本体ケーシング内を、取入口２から吐出口
３に至る給気側風路ａと吸込口４から排気口５に
至る排気側風路ｂとに区画し、給気側風路ａには
熱交換コイル６と調和空気送風用の送風機７を、
排気側風路ｂには還気吸引用の送風機８を、両風
路ａ，ｂ間には外気と排気との間で全熱を交換す
るための全熱交換器９をそれぞれ設置するととも
に、給気側風路ａには送風機７によつて取入口２
から吸引された外気を、熱交換コイル６側に直接
送風するか或いは全熱交換器９を介して送風する
かを選択するダンパ１０，１１を、排気側風路ｂ
には送風機８によつて吸込口４から吸引された還
気を、排気口５側に直接送風するか或いは全熱交
換器９を介して送風するかを選択するダンパ１２
，１３をそれぞれ設け、両風路ａ，ｂ間には前記
還気を熱交換コイル６側に送風するか否かを選択
する還流用のダンパ１４を設けて成る空気調和装
置に於いて、前記排気口５を送風機８から全熱交
換器９に至る風路の間の天板１１部分に設け、同
排気口５の直下に前記還気を排気口側に直接送風
するか否かを選択するダンパ１２を同排気口に対
面するように配置したことを特徴とする空気調和
