て主としてパンを間接的な輻射熱で焼成する器具
であつて、断熱材からなる外側槽とパンケースと
の間に前記マイクロ波を吸収して発熱するセラミ
ツクス層が独立層又は前記外側層の内面コーテイ
ング層として設けられており、かつ該セラミツク
ス層のマイクロ波吸収率と厚みとを組合わせて調
節することにより、パン焼成に適した発熱が得ら
れる様にしたことを特徴とする簡易マイクロ波パ
