合し、クラツチボスとこれら２つのプーリとの間
にコイルスプリングを介在させ、しかも駆動シヤ
フトの回転方向とコイルスプリングの巻き方向と
は反対であるように介在させ、かつ、コイルスプ
リングの一端はストツパプーリに、他の一端は回
転伝達プーリにそれぞれ係止し、ストツパプーリ
にはその回転を停止する回転停止手段を設けてな
