BACKGROUND ART In this type of smoke evacuation device, as shown in FIG. 4, a wind body 3 is formed inside a smoke evacuation device main body 1 through which oily smoke, etc., flowing in from an intake port 2 passes. A baffle plate 5 is provided to face the inner wall of the smoke evacuation device body 1 to remove oil and fat by bending it with the flow 4 of the smoke evacuation device. A cleaning device for removing the particles is generally equipped with a nozzle 6 that spouts cleaning liquid. However, we installed the baffle plate 7 near the intake port 2.
The intake port 2 is rotatably supported, and is rotated to the position 7-a to open the intake port 2 during local exhaust to suck in oil smoke, etc. from the intake port 2, and the intake port 2 is opened at the position 7-b at times other than when local exhaust is being performed. A smoke evacuation device has already been proposed which has an indoor ventilation opening 9 which is provided with an opening/closing plate 8 rotatably supported above the main body 1 of the smoke evacuation device. This prevents the backflow of air flowing in from outside through the intake port 2, and also prevents the cleaning liquid from scattering from the intake port 2 during the cleaning process. When switching between local exhaust from the intake port 2 and indoor ventilation from the indoor ventilation opening 9, the baffle plate 7 is closed to lower the pressure inside the smoke evacuation device main body 1, and the opening/closing plate 8 is rotated. In order to open the ventilation opening 9, a separate drive source was not required to rotate the opening/closing plate 8.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the smoke evacuation device that we have proposed produces a collision sound when the baffle plate 7 is opened and closed, and the collision noise becomes noticeable especially when the suction force from the blower 10 is activated when closing the baffle plate 7. Become. In addition, if the local exhaust is performed immediately after the cleaning process in which the cleaning liquid is spouted into the smoke evacuation device is completed, the cleaning liquid remaining on the inner wall of the smoke evacuation device body 1 from the upper end of the intake port 2 will be removed from the device. There was a fear that it might fall.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method of operating the smoke exhaust system of the present invention has a function of forming a wind body inside which allows oil smoke to pass through and removing oil and fat from the oil smoke. A smoke evacuation device main body, a cleaning device for removing removed oil and fat, a blower for sucking the oil smoke, etc., and a blower provided below the smoke evacuation device main body, which serves as an entrance for the oil smoke etc. to the wind body. An indoor ventilation opening comprising an intake port, a baffle plate rotatably supported near the intake port and opening and closing the intake port, and an opening/closing plate provided above the smoke evacuation device body and rotatably supported. When the blower is running and when performing local exhaust during the cleaning process or immediately after the cleaning process, the baffle plate is rotated to open the intake port after the blower is operated, and when the blower is stopped, the baffle plate is opened after the blower is stopped. When switching from local exhaust to indoor ventilation, close the baffle plate after stopping the blower and start the blower again. When switching from indoor ventilation to local exhaust, open the baffle plate. It is controlled as follows.

Effect By the above operation, when the baffle plate rotates and closes the intake port, the blower is stopped, and the suction force from the blower is not applied to the baffle plate, and when the baffle plate and the upper end of the intake port collide, Generated noise can be reduced.
Also, when the baffle plate rotates to open the intake port,
When the blower is in operation, a suction force acts against the direction of rotation of the baffle plate, and the baffle plate is braked, thereby reducing the collision noise generated at the lower end of the intake port. The baffle plate closes the intake port except for local exhaust from the intake port, and of course the intake port is closed during the cleaning process, but immediately after the cleaning is finished, the cleaning liquid is applied to the inner wall of the smoke evacuation device. At this time, when local exhaust is performed from the intake port, the blower is started and the baffle plate rotates after a predetermined period of time, so the residual cleaning liquid stagnates on the wall or forms oil smoke, etc. It scatters with the flow and never drips from the intake port.

By the way, the oil removal function and cleaning function of this type of smoke evacuation device will be explained. First, during local exhaustion from the intake port 2 (at this time, the baffle plate 7 is in the position 7-a), the flow 4 of oil smoke passing through the wind body 3 is forcibly bent by the baffle plate 5. However, as the oil particles in the oil smoke try to move straight due to their inertia, they collide and adhere to the baffle plate 5, the inner wall surface of the smoke evacuation device main body 1, etc., and the oil and fat components in the oil smoke are removed. A cleaning liquid reservoir 1 provided at the bottom of the smoke evacuation device main body 1
The cleaning liquid 18 in the cleaning liquid 7 is heated by a heater 19, and then jetted out from the cleaning nozzle 6 for a certain period of time via a pump (not shown), and is caused to flow down along each wall surface, thereby washing away the adhering oil and fat. At this time, a portion 20 of the cleaning liquid flows down the inside surface of the smoke evacuation device main body of the baffle plate 7 that is blocking the intake port 2, and washes away the attached oil and fat. Note that if the blower switch is turned on during the cleaning process, the cleaning process is interrupted and the blower 10 is energized.

Next, the operating order of the baffle plate 7 which is rotated by the blower 10 and the solenoid 14 in the present invention will be explained. When the blower 10 is stopped, neither local exhaust from the intake port 2 nor indoor ventilation from the indoor ventilation opening 9 is performed, the intake port 2 is blocked by the baffle plate 7 pulled by the spring 16. ing. First, when starting and stopping the blower 10, the operating procedure differs depending on whether indoor ventilation or local exhaustion is being performed. When the smoke evacuation device is started and stopped, the internal pressure inside the smoke evacuation device body 1 decreases and returns to normal, so the opening/closing plate 8 rotates according to the internal pressure and the indoor ventilation opening 9 is opened/closed, thus requiring special control. do not need. However, in the latter case, it is necessary to open and close the intake port 2 when starting and stopping the blower 10.
As shown in FIG. 2, at the time of starting, first the blower switch is turned ON and the blower 10 is operated, and about 1 second later, the solenoid 14 is energized and the baffle plate 7 is turned on.
Rotate to open intake port 2. Since the blower 10 is operated first, a suction force is acting on the baffle plate 7 in the opposite direction to its rotational movement. Especially when the plunger 17 of the solenoid 14 is protruding, the tensile force is large, and it is necessary to loosen this force. By doing so, the rotational speed of the baffle plate 7 can be slowed down, and the collision noise generated with the lower part 18 of the intake port can be reduced. In addition, when it is desired to perform local exhaust during the cleaning process or immediately after the cleaning process, the blower 10 is operated first and the baffle plate 7 rotates with air flowing from the intake port 2.
1 and the inner wall of the smoke evacuation device main body 1 is scattered or stagnated by the flow of wind, so there is no risk of the cleaning liquid dripping out of the device from the air intake port 2. To stop local exhaust, the blower 10 is stopped at the same time as the blower switch is turned OFF, and after about 2 seconds, the solenoid 14 is turned OFF and the spring 16 is turned OFF.
In order to rotate the baffle plate 7 and close the intake port 2, the blower 10 is moved in the same direction as the rotation direction of the baffle plate 7.
Since no suction force is generated due to this, the collision noise with the upper part 11 of the intake port can be reduced. In addition, the smoke evacuation system uses internal pressure changes within the main body of the smoke evacuation device caused by the blower 10 as the drive source for opening and closing the indoor ventilation opening 9, reducing costs. There are cases where the switching is performed or vice versa, but in the former case, the baffle plate 7 is operated by the solenoid 14 from the state where the intake port 2 is closed.
In order to open the door, the blower 10 is continuously operated to apply suction force in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the baffle plate 7 to reduce the collision noise. The blower 10 is stopped at the same time as the air is turned to the indoor ventilation side, and after about 2 seconds have passed and the suction force has disappeared, the solenoid 14 is turned off, and about 1 second later, the blower 10 is restarted, and the baffle plate 7 is turned off. Collision noise is reduced by preventing the suction force of a blower 10 from acting in the direction of rotation during rotation.

In addition, the time difference between the start/stop timing of the blower 10 and the rotation operation timing of the baffle plate 7 in the above embodiment is as follows:
It is determined by the time delay until a predetermined wind speed is reached at the intake port 2 when the blower 10 is turned on and off, and this time delay is affected by the performance of the blower, the load on the smoke evacuation device, etc., so it is not particularly limited. It's not a thing. Furthermore, if a means is provided to eliminate the dripping of the cleaning liquid from the upper part of the intake port 11, and if the collision noise can be reduced to some extent by adding a damper mechanism or the like to the rotational movement of the baffle plate 7, then the intake port 2 can be opened. In some cases, it may be possible to stop the blower during rotation of the baffle plate 7 to reduce the rotational load on the baffle plate 7 due to the suction force.

Effects of the Invention The method of operating a smoke evacuation device of the present invention provides a predetermined time difference between the timing of rotation of the baffle plate and the timing of starting or stopping the blower when the baffle plate opens and closes the inlet. The suction power of the working blower is used as necessary to reduce collision noise when opening and closing the intake port, and also to prevent cleaning liquid from dripping from the intake port during the cleaning process or when local exhaust is exhausted immediately after the cleaning process is completed. .
