において、 上記帯状基体の高さ寸法をパネルの立上り部の
高さ寸法よりも短寸となして、パネルの立上り部
の一部を外部に露呈させる構成となす一方、該短
寸帯状基体の上端部一側に、パネルの立上り部面
に接触するリツプ片を形成すると共に、帯状基体
の上端部他側に、パネルの露呈する立上り部面と
共働して樋空間を画成する樋片を形成したことを
