Claims (1)
- 上部電極に下部開放のるつぼ収容空間を形成し
、当該るつぼ収容空間の上面とで黒鉛るつぼを挟
圧する下部電極を、前記るつぼ収容空間に連なる
空間部に対して昇降出退自在に嵌合させると共に
、標準るつぼよりも背の高い大型るつぼの挟圧下
において両電極の嵌合部間をガスシールするシー
ル材を、前記上部電極の空間部の内周面下部側ま
たは下部電極の外周面上部側の少なくとも一方に
設け、かつ、黒鉛るつぼの崩壊に伴う所定位置以
上への下部電極の上昇時に前記上部電極の下端面
に当接するフランジを前記下部電極に連設すると
共に、標準るつぼの挟圧下において前記上部電極
の下端面を前記フランジに近接位置させるように
構成し、更に、前記フランジの上面部と上部電極
の下端面の少なくとも一方に、相手側との間に小
間隙を形成する状態で電気絶縁部材を設けてある
ことを特徴とする元素分析装置。
