いて、前記シヤフト内の前記ハンドル側に前記錠
前を偏心して軸心に平行に装着し、前記錠前の回
転により軸心に平行に移動して前記受座に係合す
るロツクピンを設けるとともに、前記被覆部材を
前記シヤフトの軸心を中心として回動可能に取り
