Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent clothes from getting out of shape by removably providing a clamping portion for clamping the seat back of a chair. CONSTITUTION:The reference numeral 1 is the inside of a seat back clamping portion, 2 the outside of the seat back clamping portion, 3 a left arm, 4 a right arm, 5 a guide portion, 6 a fixing portion, 7 a support portion, 8 a clothes hanger portion, and 9 a seat back portion of a chair. In a vertical type, a vertical clamping portion is inserted in from the upper portion of a seat back portion of a char and fixed there, and if unnecessary, the clamping portion is pulled out and detached. The clamping portion has clamping elasticity so as to be fixed to portions of various shapes by its elasticity. In a horizontal type, right and left arms are provided, and the forward ends thereof are bent. Each one end is inserted from right and left into the guide portion, and fixed in an overlapping portion thereof. In case of fitting the hanger, right and left forward bent portions are hooked on the outside of the seat back, the lengths of the arms are adjusted to the width of the seat back, and the arms are fixed at the guide portion. In case of detaching the hanger, the fixing portion is loosened to expand the arms and detach the hanger. The length of the arm can be variably controlled so as to correspond to the seat backs of various shapes. Thus, when clothes are hung on the seat back of the chair, the collar and shoulder portions thereof can be prevented from getting out of shape.
